Joint Profiles and Responsibilities

• Both parties in a joint profile must consent to their information being shared
• Each party is jointly responsible for the content shared through their profile
• Both parties must comply with these Terms
• Account deletion will affect both parties in the joint profile

Premium Services and Payment Terms

Free Premium Scheme

• Users can receive one month of free premium service by referring two eligible users
• Referrals must be 18+ and provide valid contact information
• Discount codes must be redeemed within the first month of app launch
• Service will auto-convert to paid subscription unless cancelled

Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Payments are processed through approved third-party providers
• Prices may vary by region and subscription length
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
• Cancellations must be made through your profile settings or relevant app store

Prohibited Activities

Users agree NOT to:

• Share account credentials outside of their joint profile partnership
• Harass, discriminate, or harm other users
• Share explicit content without consent
• Use automated systems to scrape data
• Create false or misleading profiles
• Share other users' personal information without consent
• Engage in commercial or spam activities

Content Rights and Responsibilities

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant Tandem a license to use your content for service operation
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to share all content
• Tandem may remove content that violates these Terms

Privacy and Data Protection

• We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws
• Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your data
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect user data

Liability and Disclaimers

• Tandem does not conduct background checks on users

• We are not liable for user interactions or content

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Extended periods of inactivity

Dispute Resolution
