Welcome to the Tandem Ambassador Program!

By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Overview

The Tandem Ambassador Program allows ambassadors to earn rewards by sharing their unique referral code with others. You will be paid based on the number of users who download the Tandem app using your referral code and complete the necessary actions to qualify for payment.

2. Eligibility

To become a Tandem Ambassador, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid account with Tandem. The program is open to residents in eligible regions as determined by Tandem.

3. How it Works

• Upon joining the program, you will receive a unique referral code.
• You can share this code through social media, text, or any other channel you prefer.
• You will earn rewards based on the number of new users who download the Tandem app using your referral code and either:
  • Send a like to another user after creating an account, or
  • Make an account and purchase a Premium subscription.

4. Payment Structure

You will be paid based on the following milestone achievements:

• 10 downloads: £10
• 50 downloads: £50
• 100 downloads: £100
• 250 downloads: £250
• 500 downloads: £500
• 1,000 downloads: £1,000

Payments are made when you reach each milestone and will be issued in accordance with Tandem’s payment schedule. Payments will be processed after the qualifying users meet the necessary criteria (as stated above).

5. Milestone Clarifications

For a referral to be valid and count towards your milestones, the referred user must meet the following conditions:

• They must create an account with Tandem.
• They must send a like to another user or make a Premium purchase.

6. Anti-Gaming Clause

We take fairness seriously and reserve the right to investigate and take action if we suspect any manipulation, gaming, or fraudulent activity within the program. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Referring fake or non-engaged accounts.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities such as using multiple accounts to inflate referral numbers.
• Any behavior deemed abusive or in violation of Tandem’s terms of service.

If we detect any of the above, we reserve the right to cancel your participation in the program and withhold or revoke any earned payments.

7. Payment Timing

Payments are made on a regular basis, typically once per month, or as otherwise determined by Tandem. The time it takes to receive payment will depend on when your referral milestones are met.

8. Program Modifications and Termination

Tandem reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ambassador Program at any time, without notice. Any changes to the payment structure, terms, or program guidelines will be communicated through the email address associated with your account. You agree to comply with the updated terms upon receiving notice of such changes.

9. Termination of Ambassador Status

Tandem may terminate your participation in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Engaging in any activities that damage Tandem’s reputation or interfere with its operations.
• Non-compliance with applicable laws or regulations.

If your participation is terminated, you will not receive any future payments or commissions from new referrals.

10. Independent Contractors

You are an independent contractor and not an employee of Tandem. You are responsible for any taxes or fees that may arise from your earnings under the Ambassador Program. Tandem will not withhold any taxes on your behalf.

11. Limitation of Liability

Tandem is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or interruptions in the Ambassador Program. We also cannot be held liable for any damages that arise from participation in the program.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Tandem reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If changes are made, they will be posted on the Tandem website and communicated via email. Your continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

13. General Provisions

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tandem operates.
• Any disputes arising from the Ambassador Program will be resolved under the dispute resolution process defined in Tandem’s main Terms of Service.
