🧠 The Role

We’re looking for a strategic, creative and analytical Head of Growth to lead user acquisition, retention and experimentation. You’ll report directly to the founders and work across paid, organic, product and community-led channels. This is a builder’s role, you’ll be hands-on, fast-moving, and unafraid to get scrappy.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute our growth strategy across paid, social, influencer, partnerships, and campus activations
  • Build and optimise acquisition funnels (including onboarding, referral loops, and conversion flows)
  • Launch and scale paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Work closely with product and design to improve retention and LTV
  • Test and iterate creative, landing pages, and user journeys based on data
  • Lead community-driven growth through ambassador programmes and event marketing
  • Define and track KPIs (CPI, CAC, retention, engagement)
  • Help build the marketing team as we grow: hire, mentor, and scale

  • Have 3–6 years experience in consumer growth, ideally in a mobile app or Gen Z brand
  • Have led successful paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Understand performance marketing and creative storytelling

  • Are equally comfortable setting strategy and getting hands-on with execution
